In the past, this building served as an agricultural school where the sons of farmers and large landowners received practical training. Here, they learned not only the theoretical foundations but also the practical management of an agricultural business.
In the basement of the building, there was a public bath that was regularly used by the villagers, as bathrooms were not yet standard in residential houses.
An annual highlight was the awarding of potato varieties, which also took place at the agricultural school and received great attention in the region.
After the closure of the agricultural school, the building was transferred to private ownership.
