Künstlerbahnhof Ebernburg

From the train station to the House of Art – in the decommissioned Ebernburg train station, visual artists exhibit their works in the fields of painting, graphics, sculpture, ceramics, or photography. 30 years ago, it was repurposed into a volunteer-run exhibition space. The artist train station invites 3-4 scholarship holders each year to stay in an apartment located in the building for a few months and work in the studio. Old works and new creations made in Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg are then presented in an exhibition. The annual program also includes special exhibitions featuring regional artists. During the exhibition periods, the train station is open several days a week.
