From April to October, you can spend your short vacation at one of the 6 motorhome parking spaces near the bathing pond in Baumholder.
If you intend to stay in Baumholder outside of the season, simply contact the city office, as the supply and disposal services are limited or not available at all during the winter months due to weather conditions. Additionally, the water is turned off due to the risk of frost, and the public toilet is closed.
Freshwater access (80 l costs 1,- Euro), electricity supply (4 kWh costs 1,- Euro), and the possibility for wastewater disposal (ground inlet and disposal station) provide campers with an optimal stay quality for a stay of up to three days (8,- Euro parking fees / day).
The parking spaces will be redesigned in 2020 with the renovation of the Generations Square and are expected to open in autumn 2020.
In the immediate vicinity, there are three grocery stores with bakeries (one of which is open on Sundays) as well as various fast-food restaurants and local gastronomy.
