The national park entrance at Erbeskopf is located directly at the foot of Erbeskopf (816 m above sea level), in the midst of the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park and in the "Hunsrück-Hochwald" National Park.
The national park exhibition at Erbeskopf, in the still young Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park, is themed "Welcome to the Primeval Forest of Tomorrow." Animations and exhibits take visitors on a journey into the fascinating world of the national park with its wild forests, mysterious moors, and impressive landscapes. Visitors can expect a modern exhibition covering approximately 30 square meters. Interactive exhibits and experiments invite touching, participating, and trying out.
