The nature conservation area is maintained by the Nature Conservation Association Baumholder - Westrich e.V. and offers informative panels, interactive learning stations, and a nesting cavity display to help visitors get to know and appreciate the forest's inhabitants, bees, and insects.
The area is located along the approximately 2 km long forest educational trail and is suitable for families.
In addition to a large insect hotel, the observation bee box is also very interesting to see.
