Overview of the individual saunas
The Finnish Sauna 90 °C
Our Finnish sauna invites you to relax and feel good. The classic sauna climate strengthens the entire cardiovascular system and has a positive effect on the immune system. The sauna has space for about 18 people. A diverse range of aromatic and essential oils is used during the hourly infusions.
The Tepidarium 60 °C
The Tepidarium – climate provides bathers with pleasant relaxation in mild humidity. Here, too, up to 18 people can relax at the same time, not least due to the light effects in the cabin.
The Roman Steam Bath 45 °C
The fine water vapor moistens the airways and can have a soothing effect on respiratory problems. The relaxing effect on the muscles is also well known. Up to 8 people can find space here.
Cooling Off
After your sauna session, you can choose whether to cool off in the plunge pool or prefer the experience showers, which simulate gentle tropical rain or ice rain and additionally impress with light effects.
Rest Areas
Both indoors and outdoors, our guests have access to generous rest areas with many loungers and seating options. Self-catering is allowed (no glass).
