Viewing Tower National Park View

The observation tower, which opened at the beginning of 2020 and stands 17.7 meters high, is perched on a hill next to the sports field in Rascheid, where the dream loop "Königsfeldschleife" runs right past.
The new highlight is named Nationalparkblick because from the top platform, one can gaze far in every direction on clear days – including views into the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park.

In the near future, a smaller observation platform for people with disabilities will also be built here. A 15-meter long and 2.50-meter high ramp will be constructed next to the tower to complement the offering with a barrier-free circular path.
