Premium Walking Trail "Juché"

The starting point of the premium walking trail is at the Untertor in the town of Meisenheim. We will walk the circular route clockwise from the Untertor over the bridge to the eastern bank of the Glan. Through the wooded slope, we reach the viewpoint Juche` via steps. From here, we enjoy the view of the historic old town. We continue along the forest slope, past impressive rock formations to the legendary "Schwanenhaus", a rest hut built in the last century, and to the "Gustav Merck Platz". Here we encounter the circular hiking trail "Magische Heimbach". We continue along the wooded slope and leave the forest at the "Eisernen Steg". The path leads over the Glan bridge, past the Yellow House, through the Untergasse back to the starting point.
