For a reservation, we ask that the total amount be paid by bank transfer within one week. In case of delay, the reservation claim expires. For short-term bookings of less than 8 days, only cash payment is possible. Checks, credit or debit cards cannot be accepted. General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the private pension "Pension Kölzer", owner: Fam. Weins, Windorfer Str. 8, 56290 Mörsdorf

1. Scope of Application

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the rental of pension rooms for accommodation, as well as all other services provided to the guest by Pension Kölzer. They can be replaced by individually negotiated conditions. These GTC are accessible to every guest on the internet of the pension.

1.2 The subletting or further renting of the provided rooms, as well as their use for other accommodation purposes, requires the prior written consent of the pension.

1.3 Guest's terms and conditions only apply if previously agreed upon.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The accommodation contract is considered concluded when the provision of the room has been reserved by the guest by phone or email and confirmed by us. The confirmation by Pension Kölzer can also be made by phone or email. An accommodation contract is established through conclusive behavior, especially when a room is ordered and provided, and an explicit confirmation is not possible due to time constraints.

2.2 The contracting parties are Pension Kölzer, represented by Ms. Gaby Weins, and the guest. If an order is placed on behalf of or for registered guests, the orderer is liable for the obligations arising from the accommodation contract.

3. Services, Prices, and Payments

3.1 Pension Kölzer is obliged to keep the rooms booked by the guest or orderer available and to provide the agreed services.

3.2 The total invoice amount is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival for short-term bookings up to 8 days before the start of the trip. All other bookings are to be paid in full by bank transfer. Checks, credit, or debit cards cannot be accepted. Reservations are payable within one week without deduction and serve as booking confirmation. In case of an earlier departure (for any reason), the total amount remains due. The agreed prices include the respective statutory value-added tax.

3.3 Withdrawal of the customer (cancellation, termination)

A withdrawal by the guest from the contract concluded with Pension Kölzer requires the written consent of the pension. If this is not granted, the agreed price from the contract is to be paid even if the guest does not make use of the contractual services. This does not apply in cases of delay in performance by the pension or impossibility of performance for which it is responsible.

3.4 Cancellation fees

3.5 If an agreed advance payment is not made, the pension is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

3.6 Furthermore, the pension is entitled to withdraw from the contract extraordinarily for a justified reason, for example, if force majeure or other circumstances not attributable to the pension make the fulfillment of the contract impossible.
