With eleven days, the people of Bingen celebrate the longest wine festival on the Rhine. Absolute highlights include the musical fireworks at Burg Klopp, the romantic fireworks during the bridge festival at the Nahe, the wine tasting with selected wines paired with a multi-course menu, and the traditional wine festival parade on the second Sunday through the streets of Bingen. Live music on all days, exhibitions, and the amusement park in the Hindenburganlage – all of this promises good cheer for every taste and every age. The culinary offerings range from Binger bratwurst to Rheinhessen specialties. One of the largest outdoor wine tastings in Rheinhessen is offered by the Bingen winemakers at their wine stands, featuring an incredible selection of excellent wines from the Bingen vineyards.
