Meddersheim Wine Festival

cpOn August 29 and 30, 2026, the local community of Meddersheim invites you to the traditional wine festival at the Nahe. The festival starts on Saturday at 5:00 PM at the festival grounds – the wines of the Meddersheim winemakers can be tasted directly at the stands, and there will not be a separate wine tasting this year. The wine festival evening begins at 9:00 PM: The Weimar band "Borderline" presents their "Greatest Hits Show" with five professional musicians – world hits, party hits, and evergreens from rock, pop, reggae, and rock'n roll, all played live. The TuS Meddersheim, Ritchi's snack bar, and the Rotary Club Kirn will take care of your culinary needs.brbrSunday is all about family: It starts at 11:00 AM with a church service, followed by a communal lunch. At 2:00 PM, the cake stand of the rural women opens, and at 2:30 PM, the procession with children, the local mayor, and the Nahe wine majesty follows. Around 3:30 PM, the traditional Lögellauf will provide excitement before the big tombola with the Meddersheim wine scale takes place at around 4:30 PM.
