Herb Garden

The Herb Garden has been evolving since 2004 from a pure fresh herb delivery service for restaurants to a show garden with a small seminar operation and potted herb nursery. In addition to the well-known culinary herbs, all 'weeds' are welcome alongside culinary exotics and old or forgotten varieties in a holistic mixed garden culture. The special terroir of the Hunsrück and our belief in nurturing the plants in their own habitat, solely with compost and love, allow for diverse and almost forgotten flavors to manifest in the herbs.
